Matt “Munky” Graves blends the power of 80s / 90s hard rock & metal with melodic classic rock flair.

 A former hard rock and metal DJ for local radio, Munky has long been a dedicated champion of the independent UK scene, supporting emerging talent and keeping the spirit of metal alive.

Influenced by the legendary sounds of Metallica, Pantera, Machine Head, and Megadeth, he brings a riff-driven style fueled by heavy grooves, memorable hooks, and unapologetic attitude. 

James Ward

James Ward hails from the wilds of South Africa, bringing a rich musical voice and a distinct tonal character to Burning Chrome. Always ready to play and “move some air,” James adds his beautiful overtones and colour to our musical tapestry, creating a sound that is both powerful and expressive. His playing blends precision, emotion, and atmosphere, helping forge the band’s signature dynamic edge and elevating every performance with depth, melody, and unmistakable flair.

Eddie Yordanov

Eddie, known to the band and fans alike as the Bulgarian Beast of Bass, is Burning Chrome’s straight-talking low-end powerhouse. A massive Iron Maiden fan, he channels the spirit of Steve Harris with a fearsome fingerstyle technique that drives the band forward with precision, grit, and unstoppable energy. Whether on stage or in the studio, Eddie lays down thunderous bass lines that lock in the groove, elevate the riffs, and add the roar that completes the Burning Chrome sound.

Dave Gaskell

Dangerous Dave Gaskell is the ever-patient driving force of Burning Chrome, holding the band together with precision, power, and unwavering focus. Behind the kit, he delivers the rhythmic engine that fuels the band’s sound—steady, relentless, and thunderous when it counts. Calm, composed, and always locked in, Dave keeps the chaos in line while pushing every performance forward with rock-solid groove and unshakeable authority.
